It's all business in the left hand lane: drive there and then drive back again

Today we slept in. Then Michael walked to his mother's and worked all day while I lounged around the pool, read, walked into the city centre, had coffee and read some more.
I saw a license plate that said "JO MAMA" today and I had to laugh. I mean really: what are the odds?
I also saw someone running and pushing a baby carriage in what must have been 35 degree weather. I wouldn't have made it to Front Street (45 minute walk) if I hadn't have brought water with me. And this guy was running. God.
After Michael worked with his brother all day (and got filthy, and ended up with a blister on the palm of his hand) I went up there all fresh and clean like and was fed food and drink and yeah, this is a life that I could get used to.
So. I'd like to retire now. If we could just get that sorted that would be great.
PS: Michael is upset because I took a picture of him in the shower and I just told him it was going on the blog.
He's so fun to bug.

What are the odds, buy a lotto ticket quick. I'll buy one too, then we can retire. If I had a license plate like that I'd have to take a Sharpie and write Jeffsmommatoo on it.

Poor Michael... you must be the shits.

LOL. Yes, I should buy a ticket. I never do, though: I find the whole process baffling.

Anonymous: thanks. I find the ankle quite handily joins the foot to the leg. You might even say the ankle bone connects to the leg bone.
