Hey! Guess what I'll be doing in 47 minutes?

Oh, now it's 46. Running 15 miles with the clinic and then conceivably (cause I'm supposed to) tacking on an additional one to three miles at the end. I'll probably do another two miles: that's fair, right?
I just checked the weather and it's -2 out.
Coldplay just sang "I saw a sun rise" (Daylight) and as I type this the sun is coming up. Weird, no?
Michael is racing this morning in Fort Langley, a half marathon. We went for a run yesterday and he wore his racing flats: they are so light - like half as light as regular running shoes. A couple of other clinic members are running it too (all fast people). I hope he had a good sleep and is well rested and has a personal best!
I think we might be going to Seattle next weekend and we're pretty much going to have to run when we're down there, so I suggested that we just go out and run for say three hours and bring a camera and just take it easy. Man, those'll be some interesting photos. You know you're a runner when...
I'm having a nap today. I always say that and I never do. I wanted to have one yesterday and I never made it.
Today. Definitely today.
