What happens in run club stays in run club

I have a sticker that says that. Thank god.
Actually, most of what happens in run club involves bonking, under fueling, chaffing and blisters. Not too exciting.
Also? Since the clinic started I've shown up once. We're supposed to meet three times a week.
Okay. It's 1am and I should go to bed. We just watched "Taxi Driver". Holy fack that was a good movie (and free cause I got it from the library).
Michael is sick and coughing. I know I should feel sympathy, but if he coughs all night I may smother him in his sleep.
I kid.
No one else would put up with my shit.

Smothering a loved one with a pillow isn't always a bad thing. Trust me.

Wow: smothering a loved on does provoke a bit of discussion!
I am happy to report that we both slept well and the smothering was kept to a minimum.

Bonking?

I must take up running....

Unfortunately bonking isn't what it sounds like. It's what happens when you run out of fuel and your body refuses to go anymore and you end up walking back to the clinic (instead of running), all the while muttering to yourself and considering taking up another sport. Like lawn bowling.
