It's more fun than it looks

I went to the gym at 4.20 (insert pot joke here). I left the gym at 6.45. Do you know how long that is? It's really, really long. To date my longest gym extravaganza was an hour and forty five minutes. I was there for almost 2.5 hours today with 2 hours being spent on the bike that starts to hurt your ass after half an hour, and the treadmill that has the hydraulic things that get really hot if you use it too long.
It was like a religious experience or something. I enjoyed the music so, so much that I would've continued except, um, I was totally knackered. Wow. I felt bad for not going on the run today, but I don't feel bad at all now. I spent roughly the same amount of time in the gym as I would've spent if Michael and I had run the 17 miles like we had planned.
I'm so pleased. I can't wait to put together my playlist for the marathon.
I'm also kind of hungry, so I'm gonna go make dinner (eat a Cliff bar).

He he he. Last night my neighbor asked, 'Why does your clock say 4.20?'
I said, 'In some circles, 4.20 means party time.'
I would have loved to have elaborated but Japan is about 2000 years behind even the most backward country on this issue and I think my friend would have fainted with shock if I had told her the truth.
Evil roar.

I live perpetually at 4:19. Sigh. Well it used to be perpetually 4:22 so um, um, and uh, what? Oooo, chips!

Snaps for duder and her kick-ass workout!

I used to love that when working out was so addictive that you spent 4 hours at the gym. I could do incline crunches for 20 mins. But then you have babies and spend your time cleaning...

I'm going to add you to my line-up, I forget to come over here and check on you. Have a good workout.
