The resolution on iTunes is somewhat distorted and I think it's because Bill Gates is mad that I'm not using Windows Media Player. I did figure out the delete button though: it functions as "delete" if the keypad numlock is on. Nerd out!
WMP - I won't dignify it by spelling it out - owes me a day of my life back. Did you know it won't play anything but a wmp file without downloading a plug in? Yet no standard editing sofware MAKES wmp files! Try explaining that to a senior VP whose IT person is AWOL.ARRRG.
