Huh/Why I don't sleep nights

I'm having a philosophical, existential, objectivist crisis tonight, set off by "Mercy for the Children" and further exacerbated by certain goings on in my life, which are nicely complimented by a big dose of "what the fuck am I doing?'.
Any tips?
