Yep. It's 2 degrees. I was sitting here, minding my own business, eating my bagel and drinking my coffee when all of a sudden the sun comes up. So I took a moment to appreciate the fact the sun was on its ascent, cresting the mountains, rousing me with its heat and I looked towards the water and saw it was all covered in cloud so that only the tops of the buildings in the buildings across the water are visible.
Then I thought "yeah, let's go for a run".
Today is the day I take four gels and carry and extra strength Ibuprofen with me.
Today is a two aid station day.
Today it is 22 days until Boston.

OMG... when it was 8:10 at my house I was thinking..."she's getting ready to run." I was having coffee too.
It's 2PM now... hope you had a good run. I so admire people who are runners... it looks so meditative. I wish I could. I can walk real fast but I can't run.
