So I think I am going to sprawl on it for a bit.
These "eight hour days" are tiring. He he.
Came home and did the aforementioned stairs and mixed in some weights and kind of stayed on the bike too long. Good music'll do that.
Made a kick ass meal (trying to eat healthy these days though today's potluck kind of screwed me over).
Am now sleepy.
It's so much easier to party hard when, um, you don't have anything to do the next day.
